Becarefull of telkom

My phone was sent in to telkom repairs to be fixed for a bend on a 2month old phone. When it went in it was fully functional and working and charging. When I went to collect it, it wasnt working at all. Then the repairs department said its not their fault its because of the bend and when they opened the phone. I must pay to fix it. I have lost my job because of not having a phone and it makes it difficult to find another without one. Bith telkom and samsung are refusing to fix my phone and are both not accepting responsibility.this is entrapment in a sence. Because now im being forced to pay more than what my phone is worth to have it fixed after they broke it.
