Beating around the bush

I been battling with Telkom for 4 days now. I have no internet for 4 days yet paying for it. Spoke to 4 different people who gave different excuses why the internet is not working no one is experienced enough to tell me what's going on. Bad service. Disappointed cannot talk my daughter in Seattle Washington. Please Telekom get learned experienced people who have some sort of know how.
