Beach in contract by Telkom

<p>it has now been several weeks (months) since i ordered my LTE. After weeks if delays (due to a lack of stock in antennas) they finaly sent only my mobile router. I am still waiting for my antena. Under there contract agreement, point 24 in the terms and conditions, it clearly states that i will be supp**** with both mobile router and antenna, and that they will facilitate the instelation there off. I have phoned them several times and now have 3 open case. And still no resolve. They claim it should work fine without the antena. But it does not. I only get 3G not LTE due to the plaxement of the device within my house!</p>
