four months after cancelling a contract that had expired years earlier, they debited my account with higher contract value fees. every "resolution" was to call the call centre, and the call centre refers you to the website. website is useless, and refers you back to the call centre - ultimately, there is no resolution. they continue to *******ly debit my account. shameful corporate behaviour
