BE WARNED - VERY BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM AND MWEB

I don't have have any more words to say about the pathetic service I am currently receiving from Telkom (and MWeb) Between these two places they are driving me crazy and not one of them want to help me get my internet sorted out. It's 15 days today and countless phone calls to both parties, I am still without internet at home and not one of the companies seem very concerned at all. BUT, I have to just keep paying. AND, my payments at both Telkom (in fact I have a credit with them!) and MWeb are up to date. I'm at my witts end and I don't know what to do further. Can anyone please suggest something please? I would definitely not recommend Telkom or MWeb to anyone.
