Be Warned of Telkom as a service provider

Horrible number porting services and no call centre "person" to talk too. I physically went to the Telkom Brooklyn branch to port my Cell C number to the new contract. 2 Visits!!. After 3 days 5 including weekend the number is still not ported, however it shows ported when I searched for ownership. So currently the number is somewhere in the clouds. When I tried to call the Brooklyn branch its continuously engaged or when it rings no person takes the call. Telkom you are rated at the same level as Cell-C, hope you knows what this means.
