Never use this company. Be warned.

I reviewed my router 2 and a half weeks back after fiber application was approved. The line installation was done on Monday by Vumatel and I was given a VT number. I phoned Telkom on Monday to link the VT number to my order. Followed up yesterday and my order was still in progress of activation. Phoned today at 9 to be informed that I will receive my sms with the TIN number, username and password. When I phoned at 13:30 to follow up I was informed my order was cancelled and I had to go thru the WHOLE process again.
