Telkom....Hellkom.... The Struggle is REAL People.

Pathetic excuse of a Company, cant even cancel a damn account. First I didn't have the speed they promised, then I didn't have internet, then after weeks waiting for a calls logged to be closed, we figure out its their cheap ROUTER that's broken, I have to pay for no service, I cancelled more then a month ago, and my contact is still not cancelled.

I call in everyday to follow up on my cancellation, speak to different people who ask my the same questions, and I have to forward the cancellation again and again. Another month is going to go by, and they are probably going to expect me to pay for this month too!

I haven't had Internet since middle MARCH 2018! I joined HX Systems middle April, and had no problems what so ever, nothing, yet I am still busy processing TELKOM's cancellation.
