Be warned about Telkom even if you're not a client

Wow where do I start. 1) They are so eager to accept peoples' money that they don't do the proper checks. Someone **********LY set up an account in my name with my bank details. Read the other reviews, this happens often with them. 2) Once they knew it was ***** and I had jumped through all their hoops for providing documents and affidavits to them, they completely forgot about it all instead of actually doing the 'investigation' that they requested the documents for. 3) With no further word from them AT ALL they handed the account over to a debt collector. And are still not responding to mails asking for the investigation outcome so the 'contract' can be cancelled.
