BE AWARE OF TELKOM

When I took out a data contract just more than two years ago at the Telkom branch in Menlyn Shopping centre, I was told that it is a LTE contract and that only a certain amount of people in an area is allowed to take a contract out. Everything sound so nice. After a year when I start realizing that my internet signal keep on hanging. When I went back to Telkom Centurion Mall and explain to the lady, she told me first that there is no LTE signal where I am staying and that, that contract after a year was opened to anyone. I am at this moment out of my contract and is paying on a month to month basis. At this moment I am paying every month R739,93 and my downloading speed ranges from 1Mbps to 0Mbps. It is today 17 August 2020 and the speed has been like this since 03h00 this morning and it is 13h05 now and it is still the same. I called them again this morning and all that they can say is ''Sorry sir". WE CAN NOT BE ****** LIKE THIS BY THESE SERVICE PROVIDING COMPANIES.
