BBAADD LATENCY!!!!

although the internet is finally up and running now its actually useless. google gives me a timeout message when trying to load the google homepage, during the day from 10:00 in the morning till 19:00 the ping is fine but soon after 7 there is no using the internet, as latency goes up to 900ms to rosebank server, and i know internet traffic gets busy from 8 but we never had this problem in the past. every time they try and fix the problem they make it slower and slower each time.
