Bayside Telkom service is terrible

The service at Telkom Bayside is pathetic, I have a complaint and I am trying to sort this out since the 18/10/18 and I have asked to speak to the manager there, he is never available or you cant speak to him, Jonathan the consultant promised me everything was good with my 24 month contract on the 4/10/18 only to be told he never knew how far my cancellation was when he did the new upgrade, should he have not checked this when doing a 24 month upgrade, now the deal is closed, I dont work at Telkom so I would not know what he needs to check when upgrading your account, he doesnt call back as per the escalation no ********** . very frustrated with Bayside Telkom
