Absolutely Shocking service from TELKOM, a Company that I have been dealing with for many years. I have been trying to get the R500 Accessory voucher offered on an Upgrade of a Galaxy A25 in January 2025 from a Consultant, for more than 6 MONTHS. An offer of a R1000 voucher was given three weeks ago to placate me. Samsung was due to deliver the voucher to the shop. To date, Nothing has transpired. Telkom is now in breach of contract. I suggested this week that they deduct the R1000 from my contract to make up for the inconvenience. NO RESPONSE. Do I name and shame the Consultant? Or take it further. Thank you Natalie Du Plessis
