Battling for 4 months to get another email adress

I am battling for 4 months now to get another email address with my existing address. When you phone you wait for 1 hour before they talk to you. Then you are at the wrong department and you wait another hour again. Then they ask you to go to a Telkom shop. The closest shop is in Benoni Lakeside mall. That is 450 km from me. I went to the shop. There they just called he call centre again. Another 2 hours later she could not help me and gave me a email address to communicate with. It came back, it does not work. I have sent about 10 emails all over to Telkom as well. I still do not have a new email address. <br> Can I please get help from someone that knows what to do. <br> Please communicate by email.
