Battle with telkom for years n still nothing

Which charges? I have paid R900 already on the outstanding balance. I really don’t understand. Somewhere the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Really!!!!

Please can you sort this out. I am not paying one sent on this anymore. So I want my deposit back with the extra R900 I have paid. Otherwise I will have to go the Ombudsman, maybe he will understand.
