battle to close account - poor service

I've battled for 3 months to close this account, they say it's closed but I still get statements and the debit order still goes through for 2 months now. the Eastgate branch doesn't know what they are talking about. totally unable to help you, very poor service, if I ever am able to close my account I will never use telkom again
