Battle 2 weeks to installation from Telkom

I arranged to install uncapped wifi since last last week. they told me somebody will come and he send me a sms last week. They were quickly to tell me they can't come because of the weather. This week nobody phone to arrange, we phoned twice to check and an installation is booked for the 12th but no arrangements. I want that installation today!!!!!
