"Based experience with Contract Cancelation"

Iv been calling the telkom landlines holding for over an hour to get through to their call centers. Been taken back and forth abiyt canceling my contact that's due to expire One lady said I should call in a month before the expiry date and the other sent me a link to follow to cancel my contact. There is no where on the link that tells you where to go to do this... I'm so frustrated!! Where should one get help if you can't get none in the branches, phone or online???
