Basebone ****!

Telkom mobile please protect your customers from Basebone. Basebone is apparently a digital content company, but it is actually a **** that Telkom is apparently not aware of despite the fact that there are many complaints on Hellopeter. Telkom please look into this and brief all your staff about this matter. Everyone from senior management to call centre agent should know about this. And please reverse all charges as this is ***** and if Telkom does not take accountability for this then you are assisting Basebone with this ********** activity. I did not subscribe with Basebone, I have never heard of them until I got billed for their so called services by Telkom. I am also not the first person to report this ****, this company is subscribing people without their knowledge. Basebone also apparently has a branch in Cape Town, but when you call the automated telephone operator is a UK english speaking lady, and after following the dialing options one does not get through to a call centre agent or to the help desk. I have a strong suspicion that their office in Cape Town and their landline is ****. I plead with you Telkom to please investigate this matter urgently as you are our service provider!
