bank deductions without my consent

i had a cellphone contract with Telkom that came to and end after the 2 years where Telkom decided that they will place me on a airtime and data package without my consent i am now sitting with a problem where Telkom is debiting my account on a monthly basis for goods not received i do not even use the cell number that i had when i had the contract phone to many attempts to try and speak to somenone that can help at Telkom were fruitless i handed the case over to Legal wise who also could not resolve this be very careful people out there stay away from Telkom mobile bunch of ******.
