Band service (horrible expirience)

Telkom is the worst in its business telecommunications, there is no feed back from them after days of phoning and email no reply. I ordered a device on 8 July19 they deducted the money on 11 July19 today is the 30 July19 no device received. Phoned, Emailed 10213 and Sipho Maseko no reply.
