Ballito - Abuse from Openserve Representative named Bridge

I ordered ADSL from Telkom, after 3 missed install appointments from Openserve, I informed the Openserve Representative named Bridge that he must inform management that I wish to cancel due to them messing me around. Bridge became very defensive and unprofessional, he first made an excuse that they have been busy with another customers install, then denied the order being dispatched to them, then agreed to cancel the order himself (as an Openserve rep/tech), then argued that Openserve has not messed me around and then finally threatened to come to my house to force me to agree with him. Bridge called me the next morning and shouted continuously that he will be coming to my house and even after I threatened him with the police and legal action he continued to abuse me telephonically. I visited the Telkom Store in Ballito and cancelled everything I have related to Telkom because I refuse to tolerate such abuse from their agents. I have also called Bridge's supervisor and explained why I have cancelled everything who will be looking into the matter because he was very disappointed to hear about my experience.
