Balance and ITC update

I have been handed over to Blake and associates, a settlement discount has been provided by Blake and associates which was paid by capitec pay. A paid up letter has been received by them. When calling telkom on the 22/10/ they saying there is still a remaing balance of R638 My question is why is there is a remaining balance on the account if a settlement discount has been provided, telkom is the worse service provider to deal with first and foremost

My ITC needs to be updated I am flag by telkom and can't do anything. Can this matter be sorted out as soon as possible if not this matter will be eculates higher than this platform I am tired of this been fighting with telkom since the arrears as started
