Bailing issue

During lockdown i decide to get my self data sim card to make my life simple,only if i know i am just making my life hard its been month i have been trying to call so that they can debit for the sim card contract but with no help i have been going to differnt stores with no help now day in day out i can calls saying they are debtors collectors my credit score is going down now cause of telkom and they own mistakes all the time when i get to the store they tell me i should go pay at pick and pay, the main reason of having contract is to make my life simple now i am told to pay at the store
