Bailing

Good Day,

Telkom is a real dissapointment as I have paid my account on time but they have decided to bail me more then I have to pay for, which is really not what I have expected giving out more money for things that I am unaware of. I would like this matter to be sorted out as this is the second month happening to me. Further action will go forth if this is not sorted out ASAP.
