Bad/unacceptable customer service

I could not sort out my account with Telkom due to them not updating my personal details on their records. I now have to suffer for their incompetence. Their team leader was not even competent enough to listen to my query. Nondumiso, the consultant I was talking to could not even ask me different security questions in oder to remedy the situation. Had to hold the line for more than 20 minutes without receiving any professional assistance. Coming to think that I was ready to migrate to their mobile network. I really don't advise anyone to associate with this company especially if they are looking for any kind of professionalism. If there was a 0 rating, Telkom definitely deserves it. After being their contract customer for about 4 years, this is the service one gets. To hell with loyalty, I am never ever renewing my contract with them, am ready to jump ship.
