BAD/POOR SERVICE

I am with Telkom for 3 and 1/2 years and never had a problem. Suddenly since last month as soon as my Rooter is on all my data vanishes. It look like if Telkom is taking my data just to make money and force me to buy more data. I phones numerus times and all they say is sorry I cannot help you. What sort of business is this that cannot assist customers with their queries and sort out my problem The only way now is to unplug the rooster and take out the sim card. I am fed up to work with *********** people that is only there to collect their pay cheque. I even send an email to a team leader and the CEO but they are to smart to reply back. I am going to cancel my debit order by the bank because why must I pay for something I cannot use. Maybe someone will then try to contact me. There is no service at Telkom. All they are interested in is to take your MONEY AND DATA
