BAD/NO service from Telkom.

Ordered a new phone.Waited 10 days to receive the new phone.I logged a request to migrate my old Telkom prepaid number to the new Telkom contract sim.Ref: ********** 5 This is the 4th day without any feedback.I escalated this at a Telkom branch and promised to come back to me.I'm still waiting for any feedback.
