Baddest service I got in a long time!!!

Don't ever get a contract with Telkom, they don't want to cancel it after your contract has expired!!! I have tried to cancel it numerous times , the more I cancel it the more they phone me to upgrade my contract and if I ask the sales agent to cancel , the feedback is always ,"call customer care" and when you do, you are on the line for about an hour with no answer !!!! Baddest service I got In a long time
