Baddest Service ever

I am soooooooo disappointed and not very happy with telkom, I understood thw first time it happened co, I had an emergency and reversed the debit order which within 5 days I paid it back with the collections fees, came the 2nd month they didn't debit after talking to different consultants saying that it will go back to normal they will debit on my pay day, ai they were lying to me, the 2nd momth came and only realized them trying to debit my account after 10 days of my pay day and not getting anything coz I thought they have debited but you did not Telkom, now this thing happened again, now you didn't try debiting, 15 days aftee pay day you just pause my internet and when I check on the app you saying I am owing so much money with collection fees, because you guys did not debit my account again, so now I have to check my banking app who debited and not, so much admin WOW, you said you'll debit but you didn't, it's not my fault... And whom did discuss it with? Did you send me sms like you used to? How do I know you didn't debit on the agreed date, unfortunately I am not going to pay for those collections fees, I will pay your monthly debit but unfortunately I will not coz I didn't make the mistakes you did, rectify them... Amd cancell my debit order I will pay manually coz obviously you failing to keep up and you creating a bad scoring for me saying I do not pay accounts... Just can't wait to finish off this account and close it off, to think I hooked everyone at home and this kinda baddest service, ai its pathetic, I am soo disappointed
