Baddest service ever!!

We have been having NO SERVICE, NO LANDLINE, NO ADSL LINE for over 6 weeks now, every time I phone they say that the cables has been ******, I then received an sms saying that the cables has arrived, when i phoned back i was told that that is not the case. I phone almost everyday and the story just doesn't change, what are they doing for over 6 weeks? When I ask them for an email address so that we can escalate this issue they give me the wrong email. What is weird is that other companies in the area is back online for over 2 weeks but we are still waiting. This is the poorest service that i have ever had to deal with!!
