Baddest ISP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using telkom for the last 3 years and using ADSL was great but in October 2019 Telkom forced us to start using LTe. So I said to them that i use about 400 GB of data a month and I do not want to be throttled. They said that i will not be throttled and that I will stay on a 10 mbps speed. On the 17th of November my speed was dropped to a 4 mbps line and i have been throttled at 150 gb so I called telkom 3 times and they said that a senior will phone me and i am still waiting. I was miss lead into staring to use LTe. I work all day and when I get home i cant do anything om my internet. When I try to play a game the speed is so bad that i cannot even move. I cant take this any more.
