As discussed i have addressed the issue with the pending line issue. A fault had been generated yesterday 857CTK220517. I have escalated the fault reference with a request for urgent tech support. The ref generated for the escalation REF NO : 15327 . I have also requested for you to be contacted regarding the dispute request for downtime and a consultant will contact you in this regard. Further available updates on the line fault will be provided to you as soon as possible.
