Bad workmanship tarring the road

<p>Dear telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys digged up the road in our cul-de-sac to install fibre. The problem is that the contractors who closed and re-tarred did a very very poor job. If you do not sort this our very quickly i will log a complaint with the city council to sort you out as this is on the city council road where i pay rates and tax for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Myself and my neighbours will not accept this poor workmanship. Sort it out ASAP!</p>
