Bad wifi contract from telkom

My husband opened a wifi contract with telkom for 12 months at 499 per month now the 12 month is over and he called in to stop the contact. They did not provide him with any proof that he has paid up the contract and he has a bad review on his credit beaure. We are married and this affects me too when we have to do credit checks for other financial things. Fix this now please.
