Bad Wifi and account charges

I have a fiber optic line and I am suppose to receive all my calls from telkom to telkom. I received my account and I have been charged for local telkom calls. Furious. There is no account contact except to go in the store. I dont have time for this. Please assist. I got this special on contract, but the price has increased and the service is still terrible. There was nobody to complain about the increase and the service is still bad. I should not be using data if i have this massive amount of wifi available.
