Bad way of doing business

Was phoned by a company by this company to offer me a contract phone via Telkom. Ordered the phone, Mondo deducted their "admin" fee from my bank account. That was the 16th of March. I did not get a tracking number to track my parcel, and I am still waiting. The courier company DSV, phoned me on the 10th of April to confirm where to deliver the phone, which gave me some peace, only to figure they will not be coming, not even notifying me that they would not pitch up. Very disappointed in these 3 companies. If I do not get my phone by the end of this week, I will make sure that my message reaches a whole bunch of people in this country, letting them know of this low level of service. As for Mondo, how can you deduct an admin fee if a service has not yet been rendered?
