Bad Vodacom fiber

Please don't ever take out Fibre internet with Vodacom. Their after sale service is pathetic. You will only have internet for 4 hours at night and nothing during the day. When you call them they will tell you all your cellphones, TV box and laptops started giving the same problem at the same time and that is why you can't access the internet. The problem is not on their side. I just don't understand how all the devices can then at the same time fix themselves for 4 to 5 hours and then break again.
