bad very bad services

I have upgraded my one contract with them and find out today the the contract is like more than what I should have paid and tried to phone the hold on 23 min to cancel my contract and still I am stuck with an phone and contract that I not happy with and still did not speak to any one of the agents. this is bad of Telkom to lie about the contract to get number up on sales.
