BAD -VERY BAD SERVICE TELKOM

We are reporting daily to telkom for the last on our way to 3 weeks that our internet is not working. No technician visit the site or make contact with us. When you contact 10210 they log a call make notes Even escalating at some stages. They even tell our router is faulty. We bought a new router and we still got the same problem. We are telkom customers for at least 30 years now. The last 3 years we just had bad experiences from Telkom as there is no service. I won't refer any person to Telkom
