Bad very bad service

App**** for an upgrade last year December. Never received the devise. Now they call me every day and say I'm in arrears. They handed me over to a colle tion company. They told me to do an affidavit and send it to the ***** department what I did. Still no one came back to me to help me. Everytime they just give me a reference nr for my call but nothing. What the **** must I do
