Bad Treatment over the phone

I am disappointed with Telkom’s consultant. This lady from Telekom whom I did not get her name calls me on my cellphone at 11:30 with this numbe ‭+27 (10) ********** ‬. She offers me a cellphone contract . When I told her politely that I am not interested, she just hung up on me. That’s very rude taking into consideration that she called me. Yesterday I agreed to an upgrade cos I already have a contract with Telkom which is about to come to an end. The lady spoke to me properly.

So does it mean if I am not going to agree to a contract offered to me by Telkom, I must expect bad treatment? Or must ignore all the calls coming from Telkom? Or terminate the contract that I have with Telkom ?
