Bad treatment from Telkom

I'm disappointed in Telkom

I've been using Telkom for years and I have never missed a payment. Now I miss only one payment they handover my account, i tried to call them to make arrangements but sadly they weren't willing to assist. Even though they deducted the money I missed to pay, still they haven't open my sim cards. I guess missing a single month to them it's like you already a bad client
