Bad treatment from Telkom at Thavhani Mall

I am writing this in regard to the bad treatment I got from Telkom at thavhani mall, I was using a contract phone that was taken by my girlfriend, I have been using the phone till I realise it has been blocked all the sim cards, which I have contacted her telling the matter she told we will take the phone back to Telkom, We did take the phone to Telkom non the 2023/01/03 however I did not bring the charger, and I was told to return it the following day for which I did, and I also see my gf traveling to Polokwane. I went to follow up on the 05/01/2023, I was told Ednah Netshilogwe was off, but to my surprise my TikTok was active and the was a video uploaded on the 07/01/2023 including Image of me and a lady that I regard as a friend, typing I am in love with a her, as I did ask my gf about it she stated the phone is at Telkom which this is irritating cause the lady on the video is threatening me that the lawyers will be in contact with me as I did not upload the video, I try to call Telkom to figure out what happen to the phone the sales person(Ednah Netshilogwe ) was rude and she refuse to tell me what happen to the phone, Today the video was removed now am confused what’s really happening cause I am not in position of the phone and I try to contact Ednah Netshilogwe she was so rude.
