Bad treatment from Telkom

<p>Good day</p> <p>Kindly assist me with how telkom treat me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My complain about telkom is that when I complain they keep on making empty promises to a point that I have 3 different refences that they gave m when they pomised to help but they never assisted me even today.</p> <p> </p> <p>I gave them my fnb details to deduct money from but they deducted money from the wrong account and now they say that i owe them money as the debit order bounce even though i made effort to give them my anking details.</p> <p> </p> <p>I strongly believe that telkom enjoy ripping people their hard earned money, like they are doing with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Macdonald</p> <p> ********** </p>
