Bad treatment at Telkom ****arney

The treatment received from Telkom ****arney mall employees was appalling. The Indian lady and the black lady that were on duty on 03/07/2020 need customer service training. I understand that we are all anxious about the corona virus but the treatment received was unnecessary. They should Rather close the shop because they are not willing to work. An elderly customer that was behind us was treated so badly she walked away defeated because the Indian lady was so short off with her. Ubuntu must still prevail especially during this time.
