Bad to worse service

<p>I went to telkom Mall of Africa I wanted to enquire about a dsl service. I was helped by the lady her name tag was written Brenda she was so impatient and when I kept asking her questions about the service she just rolled up her eyes and looked at me as if I was stupid. She was just busy on her phone uploading pictures on Facebook.I felt so small and I was treated like a child. I have never experienced such bad service at telkom. I regret being served by that lady (brenda)</p>
