Bad to No service and Internet

Internet drops every 2 minutes and when there is intenet for 2 minutes is 2-3 mbs speed and not 7 or 8 mbs on a 1- mbs line and every time i open the fault Telkom closes it again and says its fixed but its not , its been 5 days with this problem its 2018 people are dependent on internet some people earn their salary on internet so a week without internet is a week without money and is a week without food is also a week less im going to pay Telkom .Get your **** together !
