Bad to no service

We are currently experiencing issues with telkom network in our arrear. Noticed issue on the 2nd of April and notified on the 4th of April, up until today have not received any feedback. Ref numbers ***5 and ***8. Please assist in advising when will this issue be resolved. At 1st was told 72 in a rude way via you twitter account. Its been more than 72 hours. Contact number ***
