Bad to no more service from Telkom

Telkom has gone from bad service to no service. No service at the sites in the shopping centers anymore. Only sales sites

Used to be able to chat with agent on there website. No they have cancelled that and one must deal with a Bot piece of **** software.

Can anybody at Telkom please call me. the 081180 also refers you to a self help. I have a case number. So there is no option for that.
